It looks like June will be more predictable but not in a great way. looking ahead at the extended forecast we are looking at lots of rain and cooler than normal temperatures to kick off June.
Starting next week, according to Accuweather.com, we will see the temperature drop into the 60s on June June 3rd with rain showers expected on the 3rd and 4th. After that, we will have mostly cloudy skies for the following week with highs bouncing between the low 70s and mid to upper 60s.
Usually, in June we have an average temperature in the mid to upper 70s and only 9 days o rain. This year it will be quite different.
What about the rest of the year. It is always hard to predict that far in advance but according to Accuweather.com, July and August should be back on track with average temperature and more sun than rain.
The good news is that we won't have to worry about snow for a couple of months. It looks like the snow won't be back in the area until late November or early December. That is a future forecast that I can live with.
