Former South Park High School and ECC football star Jody Fortson has won another Super Bowl championship with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Fortson was on the Chief's practice squad when they won their first Super Bowl Championship in 2020. In 2021, he made the team and has played in 15 career NFL games. During his career has had 14 catches for 155 yards and four touchdowns.
While he played in Super Bowl 57, Fortson did not record a catch during the game.
Fortson is set to become a free agent this offseason and could look to return to the Kansas City Chiefs or find a new team where he could get more playing time.
On the other side of the field, Jamestown native Nick Sirianni was looking for his first Super Bowl win as the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles.
Siranni and the Eagles won the NFC East division with a 14-3 record and were playing in his first Super Bowl as a head coach.
Siranni will be hoping to be back in the Super Bowl next season.
