Buffalo Bisons Offering Weather Guarantee For Opening Day
The Buffalo Bisons are back for another year of amazing minor league baseball and will open the season at home this Friday against Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. First pitch is set for 1:05 pm, and they are offering a special weather guarantee.
If the temperature is not 50 or above at first pitch, everyone in attendance will get a free ticket to an upcoming Bisons game before May 31st. Yep, if it doesn't feel like Spring on Friday at 1:05 pm, you will get a free ticket to another Bisons game.
So what does the forecast call for Friday in Downtown Buffalo?
Friday's Weather Forecast For Western New York
According to Channel 4's Mike Cejka, the high temperature on Friday is expected to be WELL BELOW the 50-degree mark. He is calling for sunny but cool temperatures on Friday with a high near 36.
That means if you are heading to the game on Friday, you should get a free ticket to come back and see another Buffalo Bisons game before the end of May.

The Bisons are also offering $10 kids' tickets for the first 15 games of the season, and have a special kids eat free weekend this weekend.
