For the first time in a while, the early injury report came out for the Buffalo Bills and it appeared to be mostly good news.

Each week, the Buffalo Bills provide a couple of injury reports.  The first one normally comes out on a Wednesday.  That is the early one and it normally reflects the injuries sustained in the previous weekend's game.  Then they'll release another one on Friday to show how players are progressing.  Then on the day of the game, they will declare who will be inactive and who will be included on the 53-man roster for that week.

For the past couple of weeks, there have been some pretty big surprises.  Two weeks ago it was Ed Oliver who had sustained a hamstring injury in practice.  Last week, it was running back James Cook who ended up with an injured toe following the Houston game.

This week though, it actually looked pretty good.  There were a pretty big number of players, but they all looked pretty promising.

The best news from all of it is that there weren't any players who were unable to practice.  They were all able to take part in practice, even if it was limited.

There are still some players listed there with lingering injuries like Josh Allen with his hand injury, and Terrel Bernard with his pectoral injury, but even with 15 players listed, it still looks a little better than it did at this time last week.

The Bills will be coming back home this week to play in front of Bills Mafia again at Highmark Stadium at 1 pm on Sunday.
