Now that we’ve figured out the tricky parts we had to deal with last year due to the construction of the new stadium, thousands of Bills Mafia are spending their Sundays (and Thursdays, and Mondays)  breaking out the go-to tents, grills and stereos for their parking lot setups.

Even if you still haven’t made it to a game, it’s never too early to start planning for your tailgate setup – especially, the menu.

What Should You Bring To A Buffalo Bills Tailgate?

Even though getting doused in ketchup and mustard probably isn’t your idea of a good time (but props, Pinto Ron!), food is an essential element of a good Buffalo Bills tailgate.

A grill and/or snacks are essential for hungry Bills pregamers. If you and your crew are going to last from early morning, through the game, and make it home, you need food to sustain you and prevent you from falling asleep by halftime (it also helps soak up all the booze before you head inside).

Even though it’d be easy to grab a bag of chips and dip at Wegmans before you hit your tailgate lot, it’s always much more fun and delicious to make something special.

Plus, if you’re a guest at someone else’s tailgate, it’s a pro move to bring some good food to share. And people who have good "etiquette" (aka want to be invited back to a Bills game) never supposed to show up to a party empty-handed.

The Best Recipes For Your Next Buffalo Bills Tailgate

Ideally, the best food for you and your friends to feast on pregame is grub that is portable, easy to assemble, and not too messy. But the #1 priority is that it's delicious.
