Here in Western New York, chicken wings are by far the dominant choice when it comes to big game food. We’re blessed to have so many great places that offer some of the best wings in the country. According to recent reports, a contamination concern has forced the recall of nearly 2,000 food and household products distributed by Gold Star Distribution. Among the items listed are popular snacks like Pringles, Cheerios, and Skittles.

Not only are Pringles a fan favorite with dozens of great flavors, but the iconic canister is something kids often end up fighting over once the chips are gone.

What Caused the Recall?

Reports indicate the recall is linked to possible contamination involving rodent waste discovered in a distribution facility. While some of the recalled items may have been pulled out of an abundance of caution, officials recommend that consumers follow recall guidance carefully and avoid eating any affected products.
