Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen had a spectacular performance this past Monday night in the overwhelming 47-10 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars, and it’s no surprise his leading lady was there to cheer him on. 

Allen and his girlfriend of over a year, actress Hailee Steinfeld, were nearly inseparable throughout the summer; being spotted in several locations side-by-side, including at the end of the season together in California, vacationing together in Paris, and even back in Buffalo. 

But fans of the couple know that they rarely make public appearances together, unless it’s on their own terms, like this Instagram post from Josh:

Bills Mafia is well aware that Steinfeld attends as many games as she can, including in Buffalo at Highmark Stadium, but is rarely seen. She has never been featured on the jumbotron, and has never been caught on camera during a live broadcast.

It’s only afterward that we find out if and when Steinfeld attended a Bills game to root on her man, and it’s always due to a picture posted on a friend’s social media. One such pic that was posted on an NFL fan account shows just that, with Hailee smiling with a group inside of a private box at Highmark Stadium. 

First note: LOVE the new haircut! Okay, moving on.

The more interesting thing isn’t the fact that she was in attendance on Monday night– that’s not rare, and we get that the famous couple values their privacy.

The caption on the above post, specifically the part about how “Steinfeld reportedly likes to keep a low profile and not make the game about her while attending,” seemed like a thinly veiled attempt to throw shade at another famous girlfriend of a big NFL player. 

For the second season in a row, Taylor Swift, who is still an item with Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end Travis Kelce, has been frequently spotted at games both home and away cheering him on. 

Swift doesn’t shy away from the cameras that are constantly pointed at her, and often actually embraces them, and we ‘re okay with that! Remember how Bills fans were thrilled when she made the trip to Buffalo last season?

Well, we knew what we were thinking when we read between the lines of that post about Hailee Steinfeld on X, but thankfully, beloved WGRZ meteorologist Kevin O’Neill took the words right out of our mouth and said it for us. 

Bravo, Kevin! Let the ladies live!
