5 More Former Athletes Who Were Gushing About Josh Allen

LeBron James wasn't the only other famous person who was bragging about Josh Allen during and after that game.  Here are more people bragging on our QB1.

People were talking about how one of basketball's greatest players of all time tweeted about how much he loved watching Josh Allen last night.  They even brought it up to Josh in the post-game interview.

Allen returned the compliments and said that he loved watching LeBron too.

Before the season began, there was a Sports Illustrated poll that was handed out to a few current players in the NFL asking them who they thought were the best quarterbacks in the league.  They wanted to know who the most overrated ones were too.

Josh Allen's name showed up at the top of the list and people rolled with it.  The pundits piled on that this would be a "rebuild" year for the Bills after they lost their top two wide receivers, some very popular defensive players (Poyer, Hyde, White), and a laundry list of others.

But now that the season is underway, and the Bills are 3-0 with impressive wins in each of their games, Josh Allen probably has more fans than ever.  In addition to LeBron James, multiple other former athletes were just in awe of number 17.  Here are just a few of them:

Pat McAfee and his team on "The Pat McAfee show" went on!

Richard Sherman is a former defensive back for the Seattle Seahawks, the San Francisco 49ers, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers used the word "Elite" to describe the Bills' offense.

LeSean McCoy knows what it's like to play with Allen and he's been warning people about how good he is for years. He's got a prediction for Josh already.

Brian Baldinger is a former offensive lineman for the Dallas Cowboys, Indianapolis Colts, and Philadelphia Eagles.  Now, he breaks down plays in the NFL and he knows his stuff.  Baldinger says Allen is "easily the early MVP of this Biz."

Michael Robinson is a former fullback who played in San Francisco and Seattle.  Now, he's an analyst on Good Morning Football.  He had this to say about Allen and the Bills this morning:
