
BREAKING: American Airlines Plane Collides With Military Helicopter
There is breaking news from the United State's Capital as a plane on route from Kansas has collided with an American Airlines Plane.
There are reports of dozens of injuries and fatalities as the investigation continues.
According to NBC, there will be another briefing at 7:30 Thursday morning.
Family members of those on the plane are being kept up to date on the crash that happened over Reagan Airport. Reports indicate that at least 12 bodies have been recovered from the Potomac River and the airport will be closed until at least 11am.
President Trump is has also released a statement about the crash.
It has been nearly sixteen years since the horrific crash of Colgan Air Flight 3407 near Buffalo, New York on February 12, 2009.
According to reports, The National Transportation Safety Board conducted the accident investigation and published a final report on February 2, 2010 that identified the probable cause as the pilots' inappropriate response to stall warnings.
Rescue crews are still trying to sort out the wreckage of the crash in Washington.
