Bills Fans Put On A Sidewalk Concert In Seattle
When the Mafia comes to town, they don't do it quietly. They come in and they party like they live there, even if it means they have to throw their own concert.
The Bills won in Seattle yesterday, but again, one of the biggest takeaways was how many Bills Mafia members were in the stands. They were everywhere and both the Bills and the Seahawks noticed it on the field. Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith even went so far as to say that at times it even felt like they were on the road.
If you've ever been a Bills fan traveling to see the team in another city, you know how cool it is to see other Bills fans show up. To be at a bar in Nashville or Detroit and suddenly hear a person go "He-ey-ey-ey!" and then hear a resounding "He-ey-ey-ey" back is one of Bills Mafia's simple pleasures.
If you were in Seattle this past weekend, you may have seen this scene when a band on the street was playing the new "unofficial official song of the Bills," Mr. Brightside.
There is no replacing the Shout song for Bills fans, but for this season, Mr. Brightside is one of the most popular songs played at Highmark Stadium in 2024. The crowd gets into it, and even the players rock out to it on the field.
It's a song that became popular with the fans after a video went viral of some of the players dancing to it at Dawson Knox's wedding over the summer. Then when it got played at the stadium and players reacted on the field, fans started to get into it and it's snowballed from there.
