Former Bills’ Hall Of Famer Invites LeBron James To Bills Game
Last night, it became well-known that LeBron James is a Josh Allen fan. So one of the Bills Hall Of Famers invited him to come see him in person.
It's a pretty big deal when arguably one of the best basketball players of all time shouts out a player on your team. In Buffalo, we are known as the city of good neighbors. So it's no surprise that he immediately got an invite to join Bills Mafia in cheering him on.
This was the tweet that started it all:
So did Tracy McGrady and Vince Carter who are also basketball players. They're no stranger to the Western New York area after playing for the Toronto Raptors.
Soccer player Jozy Altidore was also on the sidelines to cheer on the Bills.
It's not like it used to be. There was a time when it felt like no one wanted to be at these games. Now, there are celebrities all over the globe who recognize what we've seen for years. These Bills are fun to watch.
That's why Buffalo Bills great Andre Reed wants to make an even bigger fan out of LeBron James. While LeBron is in LA right now, he hasn't always been a big-city guy. He was born and raised in Akron, OH.
So Andre extended an invitation to join him for a game here in Buffalo to see what Bills Mafia is really like.
It seems like the perfect situation. The Bills would be playing LA. It would be a cold weather game so he would get to see Bills Mafia in peak season. That late in the season, every win matters. It would be perfect.
There's only one problem. LeBron has his own game to play. The Lakers will be taking on Miami in Miami at 7:30 pm. So we won't see him for that game. But is there another that he might be able to make it for?
