Urban Water Skiing- Watch These Guys Water Ski On a Road! [VIDEO]

When I lived in Eastern NC, the roads used to flooded all the time. The "stream" behind my old radio station used to become a pond after a heavy rain, and when Hurricane Irene blew through, we had 4 inches of water in our building.

On the lighter side, I can't believe the guys in my old building never tried this! I have a feeling after seeing this video, they will!
