OMG!! The countdown is on... 3,2,1 : Happy Thin Year !! I have to laugh at the resolutions I make every year. If a little less around the middle is in the future for you, try the following low cal snacks to help stay away from the scale.

Cherry Tomatoes:   These little wonders taste good with a dash of salt, and they require zero prep besides washing. Now that's a grab-and-go snack! 

Sorbet Bars:   Craving ice cream? Keep fruit sorbet bars in your freezer, which are so much better for you. Look for no-sugar-added, all-natural ones.

Edamame:  Pop these little green peas in your mouth and your in for a cool treat. Try them warm with a little salt.

Low-Fat Chocolate Pudding and Berries:    A low-fat, creamy chocolate pudding and berries is simply scrumptious.

Hummus and Carrots: Instead of chips, eat carrots with your hummus.  What a healthy crunch !

CoCo Pops : Find this pop in Wegmans. I love to watch them being freshly made. Add chocolate pudding and Cool whip..... a total delight !
