
Hazardous Weather Today Across New York State
It is going to be one of those days in New York State today.
A fast-moving storm system is going to bring some severe weather today to parts of New York State, and it could impact your commute.
Weather In Western New York
The City of Buffalo and the surrounding areas to the brunt of this storm early this morning. Heavy rain and thunderstorms moved through the region around 6 am. Most commuters are dealing with very wet roads this morning.
Central And Northern New York Weather
The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for all of central New York.
This storm system is going to bring rain, wind, thunderstorms, and possible hail to the area later this morning into this afternoon. Those storms are expected to impact the region into Saturday as well.
New York City And Downstate New York Weather
A Hazardous Weather Outlook is in place for late tonight and into Saturday for Downstate New York. There is a marginal risk of severe weather, including thunderstorms, for much of Saturday.

The main issue will be possible damaging winds from this storm system. Temperatures are expected to cool down as this system passes through the area.
