Goo Goo Dolls Play First Song At Celebrity’s Wedding

There always seems to be a connection to Buffalo somehow, someway, even when it comes to celebrities.

Last week, the Goo Goo Dolls were called into action for a very important day. They were asked to play the first dance song at a celebrity's wedding.

Goo Goo Dolls Part of Massive Wedding

Most people, or at least people like me, can't afford to have award-winning superstar musicians play at their wedding. At my wedding, we had a DJ and he did an awesome job, but if I could do it, having the Goo Goo Dolls play at your wedding would be a very Buffalo thing to do.

I am not sure if Demi Lovato or her now husband is from the 716, but they really love the song "Iris" and had the Goo Goo Dolls play it live during their first dance.

The only thing that could have made that wedding more Buffalo would have been having the Goo Goo Dolls play the Bills' "Shout" song during the reception. Who knows, that could have happened!
