The start to the 4th of July holiday will start tonight with the first major fireworks in Western New York.

Firework Displays In Western New York

Tonight is the start to a weeklong celebration of the Fourth of July here in Western New York. You can see the first major display in Clarence at the Main Street park.

The fun will start at 4 pm with family-fun activities. The fireworks are expected to start at dusk tonight. The rain date for the Clarence fireworks is tomorrow.

Fireworks will continue tomorrow and Wednesday at Niagara Falls State Park. These fireworks are expected to start at 10 pm. There will be a special Canada Day fireworks display on Tuesday, July 1st.

Most of the fireworks in Western New York are expected to happen on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Many towns like Akron, Springville, and Depew will have their town firework displays on July 3rd.

Lancaster, Lewiston, and Orchard Park are all expected to have their firework displays right on the 4th of July.

Colden and Ellicottville are expected to have their fireworks display over the upcoming weekend.

Of course, many people will be firing off their own fireworks over the next several days. Can we all agree if you plan on shooting off your own fireworks, do them between Thursday and Saturday night.

There is no need to hear fireworks in the neighborhood this week before Thursday or anytime next week.
