A day after Bills Mafia watched their team lose a tight contest to the Houston Texans, some fans wonder if it is time to make a chance.

Is it time to fire Sean McDermott?

Most fans thought the Bills should have won that game, and looking at the blunder at the end of the game, is it time to move on?

In my opinion, I don't think so. McDermott is 76-43 in the regular season as the Bills head coach. He is also credited with motivating the team last season on their 5 game winning streak that allowed them to capture the AFC East once again. He is a good fit for the team right now.

Plus if you let Sean McDermott go, who would you hire? You are not elevating any of the current Buffalo Bills assistants. Are there any amazing assistant coaches on other teams who are proven to have the ability to lead a team as head coach?

Do you want Bill Belichick prowling the sidelines as the Bills head coach? Was it Belichick or Tom Brady who was responsible for the Patriots' offense during their Super Bowl days? Belichick is a great defensive coach, and in my opinion, so is McDemortt. So that would be a wash.

The best move the Bills could do is hire a time management coach. Someone who has a lot of experience working the clock in all situations and let them guide McDermott during the game.

The players like McDermott, the owners like McDermott, and most fans like McDermott so now is not the right time to make a move.
