Additional Information

Chase Foley has been a fighter since the day he was born. At the tender age of 2 ½ he had undergone more medical procedures than the average adult endures in a lifetime. At 4 weeks old, he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).

After weeks of blood transfusions and chemotherapy treatments, the family relocated to Albany to participate in a trial drug meant to help prevent relapse in later years. Unfortunately, two years later, Chase’s cancer has returned and now he finds himself in need of a bone marrow transplant to survive.

Like Chase, thousands of patients in need of a bone marrow transplant won’t fine a match within their families and must turn to the national registry to find a donor. If you are between the ages of 18-55, a simple cheek swab puts you into national registry and gives Chase and others fighting blood cancer a second chance at life.
