Western New York is slowly becoming the Christmas movie capital of the world, and another Christmas movie is looking for local people to be part of the film.

There is a casting notice for a slew of people for an upcoming Christmas movie shoot.

The casting call is looking to fill roles for both kids and adults, and the movie will be shooting around Western New York between July 21st and August 6th.

They are looking for Christmas shoppers, Bible Study group members, and more. You can read the whole casting call below.

This is just one of the many Christmas movies that will use Western New York as a backdrop.

Buffalo Bills-themed

That isn't the only Christmas movie filmed this year in the 716 that will make its debut this year. On top of A Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story, "A Newport Christmas" is also expected to be released. While the movie is set in Newport, Rhode Island, a majority of the filming was done right here in Western New York.

"A Christmas Spark' starring Mario Lopez, is also expected to be released this yearwas shot in East Aurora and Lancaster and will air as part of Great American Family's "Great American Christmas" lineup and is scheduled to premiere this October.
