Buffalo Native Wins Olympic Gold!

We have to say congrats to Buffalo native and member of Team USA's Women's Ice Hockey Team  Emily Pfalzer as she and her teammates took home a gold medal!

Emily, who also plays for the Buffalo Beauts, took home the gold medal after Team USA beat Team Canada 3-2 in a shootout! It was the first Gold Medal for Team USA since 1998.

The win yesterday for Team USA  avenges the loss the team had to Team Canada four years ago in Sochi.

USA's current medal count is now 21 medals including 8 gold, 7 silver, and 6 bronze!
