Buffalo Light The Night 2014 Walk Is Tonight!

Join Mix 96 as we head out to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light The Night Walk, Friday, September 26, 2014, in Delaware Park at 5:30 p.m.!!

Dan Rinelli will be broadcasting his show LIVE from the site from 3p - 7p!

The walk funds research to advance therapies and treatments. The event brings families and communities together to honor blood cancer survivors as well as those lost and shines a light on the importance of finding cures and providing access to treatment.

Light The Night Walk is a national fundraiser that takes place in nearly 200 communities each fall across North America.

Every walker who raises $100 or more will be a "Champion For Cures", recognized on the night of the walk with:

• A Light The Night t-shirt
• An illuminated Light The Night Lantern in red (supporters), white( (for survivors) or gold (in memory of a loved one)
• A wristband which entitles them to a variety of food and refreshments

Patients and survivors will receive these items regardless of their fundraising.
