The best part is that McKenzie's smile in the picture matches the smile on the sweater so you know that he was all good with the ugly sweater.

McKenzie's ugly sweater was a bit more risque but still made us laugh.

This is one big thing we learned about this team is that it seems all the players get along and are a true family on and off the field.

It is a far cry from the "Bickering Bills" we had in the late 80s and early 90s.

So will this team harmony lead the Bills to their first Super Bowl in team history?

The first step happens this Sunday as the Bills play host to the Jets. The Bills are currently in the lead for the AFC East and hold the #1 seed for the AFC playoffs.

They control their own destiny and if they beat the Jets, it will be one step closer to clinching that much need opening-round bye week in the playoffs.
