5 Must Follow Storylines At Buffalo Bills Training Camp
It is officially Buffalo Bills football season here in Western New York as the Buffalo Bills kicked off their training camp at St. John Fisher University on Wednesday.
Now that the players, coaches, and staff are back, there are certain storylines that you will need to follow over the next couple of weeks as the Bills try to win their first Super Bowl in franchise history.

STEFON DIGGS DRAMA
Diggs was not a happy "camper" at the Bills mini-camp at Highmark Stadium last month. Much was speculated by the media but this is something to watch during training camp. Was a riff opened up between Josh Allen and Diggs? Was it just over speculation by the media? If the Bills want to win a Super Bowl you have to keep Diggs, your #1 wide receiver, happy.
WHO STEPS UP AS THE #1 RUNNING BACK?
The Bills let Devin Singletary leave via Free Agency. Nyhein Hines is now out for the season due to a jet ski accident. That leaves James Cook, Damien Harris, and Latavius Murray all fighting for that #1 spot. Will a rotation of backs be the option the Bills coaches take or will one of these runners prove they are worthy of being the #1 running back for a team with Super Bowl aspirations?

WILL MICHAH HYDE BE BACK TO ALL-PRO LEVELS?
The Bills' defense took a bit of a step back last season when Hyde, one of the best safeties in the NFL, was injured. Hyde only played in two games before getting injured last season. Almost a year later with no real football interaction could lead to a drop in performance. Will Hyde be back at his All-Pro level or will the Bills need to figure out something else? Answers should be known during training camp and the pre-season.
WHO REPLACES TREMAINE EDMUNDS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BILLS LINEBACKER GROUP?
The former 1st round pick Edmunds now plays for the Bears. Do the Bills have someone to fill in the middle of the field? Will they play with more defensive backs or safeties instead of 3 linebackers? The Bills have plenty of talent at linebacker, but is there a guy who can step up and fill Edmunds' shoes?
WHO IS GOING TO BE WIDE RECEIVER #3 FOR THE BILLS?
We all know that Diggs is in at #1. Gabe Davis is the #2 option, in at number 3...that is a different matter. Last season, the Bills scrambled to find a reliable third receiver and they fell a bit short. Will they try to use this year's 1st round draft pick tight end Dalton Kincaid as a slot receiver? Can anyone of the receivers on the roster now prove they should be the 3rd receiver? Will the Bills look at free agency to plug the hole?
There are plenty of questions that the Bills would to answer this training camp before opening up the season on Monday Night against the Jets.
