3 Things To Watch For During Buffalo Bills Mini Camp

Today kicks off the Buffalo Bills 2024 veteran mandatory minicamp. The Bills will hold three days of practice before taking off for six weeks.

This will be the last major team-organized event before the NFL's dead period and will last until the start of training camp in late July

HOW DOES JOSH ALLEN GEL WITH HIS NEW RECEIVERS?

Josh Allen is one of the best quarterbacks in the league but his coming into the season with an almost brand-new wide receiver locker room. Over the next couple of days, it will be interesting to see how he is gelling with the likes of Chase Claypool, Curtis Samuel, and the other new receivers.

WILL MATT MILANO BE IN ATTENDANCE?

Milano is still recovering from a broken leg he suffered last season. He did not participate in any of the team's voluntary offseason OTAs and Head Coach Sean McDermott said last month that the linebacker is still not 100%. It will be interesting to see if he puts on pads at all over the next three days or if the team shuts him down until training camp in July.

WILL ANY UNDER THE RADAR PLAYERS STEP UP?

This could be the week we see Kaiir Elam take a step up. Rasoul Douglas has not been at any of the Bills OTAs this offseason and if he skips this week, Elam could show coaches he deserves more time on the field. The Bills made some unusual signings this offseason with undrafted free agents and drafting a player who never really played football before. We will see any of these players step up and make a name for themselves ahead of training camp?
