5 Players The Buffalo Bills Could Lose This Offseason

The Buffalo Bills season is officially over.

The Bills lost to the Bengals at home on Sunday and yesterday the players were back at Highmark Stadium to empty out their lockers.

Now the attention turns to Brandon Beane and the Bills' front office. There are some holes the team needs to fill and there are some players who will be free agents this offseason.

Here are 5 players that could leave the Bills this offseason.

Devon Singletary - Drafted by the Bills, "Motor" never took ownership of the starting running back role. In his career, he has rushed for 3151 yards and 16 touchdowns. With the Bills drafting James Cook last year, Singletary could be looking for a new team this offseason.

Tremaine Edmunds - A 1st round draft pick for the Bills, Edmunds' has been a starter for the Bills' defense since day one. While some fans don't think he does enough on the field, his play will earn him a big contract. The Bills' lack of cap space might mean he moves to a new team next season.

Jordan Poyer - Poyer turned into an All-Pro safety since he came to Buffalo. He played out his contract this season and is hoping for one more big deal. Again lack of cap space might prevent the Bills from offering Poyer the deal he wants to stay.

Tyler Matakevich - Matakevich is not a name that rolls off the tongue, but his play on special teams has been amazing since he arrived in Buffalo in 2020. On average over the past three seasons, Matakevich has played in over 75% of special teams' play.

Rodger Saffold- Saffold came to Buffalo this past offseason on a one-year deal. He signed with the hopes of winning another Super Bowl. He has already indicated he would like to come back to Buffalo next season.
