Box Office Flop Leads To 600 Layoffs
Happy Feet 2 was released into theaters on November 18th and it has not lived up to its first Happy Feet of 2006 fame. It seems that the feet may not be so happy. The original Happy Feet grossed over 300 million dollars, unfortunately HF 2 has grossed just over 30 million.
According to if.com.au , bad box office sales have resulted in the layoffs of 600 to 700 employees at the digital production studio.
