Buffalo, New York Brewery Hits Massive Milestone
They said if you do what you love for a living you never work a day in your life. I assume the crew over at Big Ditch love what they do and it looks like their customers also love what they do.
According to the post, it took Big Ditch less than three years to fill 10 million cans of beer. They opened their production facility on Oak Street in Buffalo in June of 2022.
Big Ditch has several different beers they produced but they are best known for the Hayburner. It is an IPA beer named after the hard-working donkeys that worked on the Erie Canal back in the Day.

If you haven't figured it out, Big Ditch is all about the Erie Canal. The Erie Canal was nicknamed "The Big Ditch" when it was constructed in 1825. It was the first canal to connect the Great Lakes to the Atlantic Ocean and made Buffalo one of the biggest cities in the 1800s.
The Erie Canal is currently 351 miles long and you can still travel down it during the warmer months of the year.
