Is The Best Burger In New York From Niagara Falls?
The New York Beef Council is looking to crown the best burger in New York State and in the running is a burger from Niagara Falls.
Every year the New York Beef Council solicits burger recipes from restaurants all over New York State.
They pair down the list to a Top 10 and then into a Top 4.

One burger from Niagara Falls is in that Top 4. The "716 Burger" from Rock Burger located on Niagara Falls Blvd made it into the final four and it looks like they made it into the final three.
The New York State Beef Council recently announced that a burger from Rochester, New York came in 4th. That leaves the "716 Burger" along with burgers from Syracuse and Port Jervis in the Top 3.
According to the Rock Burger menu, the "716 Burger" is a true representation of Western New York. The burger is stuffed with chicken wing meat, blue cheese dressing, and Frank's hot sauce.
At the time of this writing, the New York Beef Council has not announced who won the competition.

Last year's winner, Syracuse's Ale & Angus Pub is still in the contest and they have won the competition three out of the last four years. Here is hoping that it will be three out of the last five years.
