If you ask around Western New York which restaurant has the best wings, you might get 100 different answers, but if you ask someone for their top 3 location, there is one spot that would be on everyone's list. Now the owners of that restaurant are set to open a new location, but with a twist.

Bar-Bill Tavern Owners Set To Open New Location

It was announced that the owners of Bar-Bill Tavern are set to open a new location here in Western New York. The new location will be down in Ellicottville, but it will not be known as a Bar-Bill Tavern. It will be operated as “The Depot".

The new owners will keep "The Depot" pretty much the same as it has been since it first opened 46 years ago. The one thing that will change is the menu. Right now, it will be pizza and wings, with more items expected to be added when the new location gets closer to opening later this year. The new owners are hoping to have the restaurant reopened by the time Holiday Valley opens for the ski season.

While this is not an official Bar-Bill Tavern, there are still three others in Western New York. The original one in East Aurora that opened back in 1967, Bar-Bill North, which opened in Clarence in 2019, and Bar Bill Rochester, which opened in 2023.
