How To Score 10 Cent Wings In Buffalo, New York

Checkers on Elmwood Avenue is celebrating being in business for 10 years today with a deal we haven't seen in Buffalo for years....10 cent wings!

That's right you can score 10 cent wings today at the Checkers on Elmwood Ave between 1-4 pm. Also as part of their celebration, Checkers has teamed up with the Wing King Drew Cerza and will be holding a qualifier for the chicken wing bopping contest ahead of the National Buffalo Wing Festival.

The winner of this contest will take on other qualifiers during Labor Day week at the National Buffalo Wing Festival. The chicken wing bopping contest will take place between 2-3 pm this afternoon.

The National Buffalo Wing Festival will once again take place at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, on Saturday, Aug. 31st from Noon to 9 pm and Sunday, Sept. 1st Noon to 7 pm.

Checkers will also be offering a wing deal for those who can't make it out between 1-4 pm. Tonight between 5-8 pm, they will be selling 10 wings for $10 and will be donating $1 from every $10 deal to FeedMore WNY.
