Last night was one of the most exciting nights of my life. I SAW OPRAH!!.  I attended Oprah's Life Class live in Toronto. The hour or more wait in line was well worth it. My friends Catherine, Morgan and I did not whence as they stood in heels and I in Ballet flats. Not one person seemed to mind that we had spanned a city block or two. Once inside we took our seats for our life lesson. Class was in session and we were ready to learn from our four teachers and OPRAH. Deepak Choprah opened and taught us how to think before we speak. My favorite statement from him is " That's not your business".  Bishop T.D Jakes spoke on taking hold to your vision and giving birth to it. Iyanla Vanzant talked on pulling your vision forward and relying on faith. Tony Robbins made you look at yourself  and the way you perceive you is the way others will.

Once Oprah appeared the room was full of energy and excitement. I forgot my rule of no screaming and yelling. Now my voice is paying the price. It's ok.  I looked at my friend Catherine I swore I saw a tear run down her eye as she leaped from our seats and moved closer. Oprah greeted the  audience of nine thousand plus as if we were old friends. She even told us like many of our friends and family say when they can't hear "QUIET". I can't count the number of times I've heard that.

Oprah and her stellar star team talked about forgiveness. Learning to forgive someone will open your life to a deeper spirituality and healing. She spoke of how she was upset with someone. She saw them leaving Tiffany's as they they jumped into their Bentley and drove off. They were living life and she was still living with the anger. Let go forgive and move on. That's what we all learned last night. The true meaning of forgiveness. If you are looking back , how can you look forward?

The event was aired live last night , but the first half will be aired on OWN in two weeks. If you have never taken Oprah's Life class, begin. The knowledge and wisdom is empowering.
