2 People and 4 Dogs Rescued From West Side Fire [VIDEO]

Fire investigators are blaming arson for a house fire on Buffalo's West Side.

Two people and four dogs were rescued from their Massachusetts Avenue residence around 12:45AM on Sunday. One person was pulled from the front porch, and the other rescued from inside the house.

Damage has been estimated at $40,000.
