I just filled up the tank this morning and paid $3.95 per gallon, but they say that gas prices are dropping. Sure the prices will drop, then they creep up on ya, drop again, then....go way the heck up again.
The chances of gas prices falling below the $3 mark anytime in the near future might seem unlikely, but analysts say that it could come close. Fuel costs, already dropping, are expected to continue to do so for the rest of the year.

The national average price for a gallon of gasoline rose for the 10th straight day on Monday to $3.842. That is now only about 6.6% below the record high of $4.114 from July 2008.
