The Chocolate Affair has passed, but I still love chocolate. I can't wait for next year. I'm glad that chocolate is never out of season. Here is an easy way to decorate those left over pretzels that may be lying around your home after the big game day has passed. Who would of thought you could make those pretzel turn gourmet with chocolate, pecans and caramel ? It sounds like a winning combination to me.

Ingredients

  • 20 small mini pretzels
  • 20 chocolate covered caramel candies
  • 20 pecan halves

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees

  1. Arrange the pretzels in a single layer on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Place one chocolate covered caramel candy on each pretzel.
  2. Bake for 4 minutes. While the candy is warm, press a pecan half onto each candy covered pretzel. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
