RECIPE: Chicken Curry
One of my favorite dishes in the world is curry chicken. I could eat it everyday for a week and I have if I made to much of it. Curry chicken gets more flavorful as the days pass. The addition of coconut milk is a must. It truly is an enhancement for the curry.
- Place cubed potatoes boiled
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place chicken in oil and cook to brown. Then stir in red peppers and onions; cook about 4 minutes. Stir in potato, coconut milk, curry , sazon, bay leaf and 3/4 cup water.
- Mix together cornstarch and 1/4 cup water. Stir into skillet, and simmer 10
