Massive Snowstorm Just Misses Buffalo New York

It is not often that you are excited to tell people you are from Buffalo, New York when it comes to the weather.

The first thing most people ask is "Does it snow there all year long?". Of course, we Western New Yorkers know that it doesn't and our summers here are amazing.

A massive snowstorm is ready to drop over 3 feet of snow and it looks like the storm is going to curl right around Buffalo and Western New York.

While we will see some snow and rain from the storm, the majority of it will curl over the north of us and end up coming down and dropping lots of snow in Central and Northern New York.

Winter Storm warnings have been issued for parts of New York for the next several days.

The good news is that as soon as this system moves out of the area we will have sunshine and above average temperatures heading into next week.
