Kristen Bell + Dax Shepard Welcome Baby #2 [VIDEO]

The "Veronica Mars" actress had her baby daughter last week, and they named her Delta Bell Shepard.

The couple also has a 20-month old daughter together.

If you saw this Samsung commercial, you would think they filmed it 15 minutes before she gave birth!  Mama's ready to POP in this! :)
