Overnight Shooting In North Buffalo

Police are investigating an overnight shooting in the 1600 block of Hertel Avenue in North Buffalo.

According to detectives, it appears that shots were fired from one vehicle targeting two people in another vehicle. Paramedics transported the two victims to ECMC with non-life threatening injuries.

Shell casings were found near the corner of Starin Avenue, and a vehicle was roped off with crime tape near Parkside Avenue.

Police said that the two vehicles involved in the incident were coming from a party in Amherst.
