David Arquette Is A New Man

David Arquette is a different man than he was a year ago. Last year, David checked himself into rehab for alcohol and other related issues.  David and his ex Courtney have a great relationship. Although David is reportedly dating someone else he chose to spend his sobriety anniversary with Courtney.

Who can forget him on Dancing With The Stars with Courtney there to support her friend. Who knows maybe they will get back together if fate allows.
