A former Buffalo Police Officer is going to prison.Jorge Melendez was convicted of conspiracy to manufacture marijuana, and will spend 5 years behind bars. He was also to pay a three-hundred-thousand-dollar fine, forfeit a vehicle, a Harley Davidson motorcycle, a speed boat and seven firearms.
